UI UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UX Designer at Think Design, you will play a crucial role in the design process by identifying pain points, defining products, generating hero concepts, building key wireframes, and designing end-to-end User Interface. You will closely collaborate with the design lead, other designers, and multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineering teams, and user researchers. Key Responsibilities: - Think in non-linear terms to capture interactions, edge-cases, and various states of experiences through deliverables such as user flows, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. - Cultivate a deep understanding of product UX across platforms to ensure a cohesive experience. - Collaborate closely with visual designers and product managers to fulfill the overall product/feature vision. - Manage bandwidth and project pipeline to execute UX design in alignment with the team's software roadmap. - Coordinate, execute, and document user research by conducting interviews, ethnographic studies, and other research methodologies. - Brainstorm and evolve feature UX collaboratively with the product manager and wider team. - Create detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes, etc., based on requirements from Product Management and communicate UX clearly to relevant teams. - Build multi-version comps for user testing and prototype user experiences for coordination and testing with end users. - Iterate quickly based on design critique or user testing feedback to capture all states, edge-cases, unhappy paths, and path logic for visual UI design and engineering teams. - Evaluate, test, and iterate on current core experiences in coordination with Product Management, Engineering, and Visual UI Design teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies. - Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user research. - Proficiency in collaboration, communication, and iteration based on feedback. - Ability to manage bandwidth and project pipeline efficiently. - Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and agile design processes.
