UFT Automation Tester

Role Overview: As a highly skilled and detail-oriented UFT Automation Tester at InnoWave, you will be utilizing your expertise in VBScript and solid understanding of quality assurance processes to design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using UFT for testing web, desktop, and enterprise applications. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing test efficiency and supporting CI/CD efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UFT to ensure quality across various applications. - Design and implement reusable test automation frameworks. - Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing. - Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with developers for issue resolution. - Integrate UFT automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. - Define test automation strategies in close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and testers. - Optimize test execution time and enhance automation coverage while ensuring compliance with best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in UFT and strong scripting abilities in VBScript. - Experience with test automation frameworks and best practices. - Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with API testing using UFT or other tools. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN. - Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in automation testing using UFT.,
