Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, research, and cold calling.
• Establish initial contact with potential customers to introduce company products and services.
• Develop a strong understanding of technical sales processes and machinery features for effective product demonstrations.
• Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Manage spare parts and service requirements, ensuring timely support and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication) or Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficient in communication and coordination skillss

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in sales or related field preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with technical sales or engineering concepts is a plus.
