Trainee

Program Overview – LEGS (Learn, Earn, Grow & Succeed): Designed for job seeking and deserving youth, aged between 18 and 24, with qualifications such as 10th, 12th, or ITI (2 years). Candidates are enrolled under NTTF roles after clearing a basic entrance test covering English, General Knowledge, and Mathematics. Post a month-long induction and rope-in program, trainees are: Deployed for 5 days/week at our Partner Industries for On-the-Job Training. Attend 8 hours/week of academic sessions conducted by NTTF. Trainees will be assessed every semester and will be awarded Diploma at the end of the program . ( Our Syllabus is in English medium) 10th and 12th qualified will be eligible to receive Diploma after three years ; ITI ( Two years ) will be awarded Diploma after two years of successful training A monthly stipend is provided, ranging between ₹15,000–₹17,000 in Endurance technologies, Chakan, Pune. After completion, NTTF extends employment support for the diploma holders.    Recognized Diploma Programs (Under NCVET – MSDE, Govt. of India): Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Diploma in Industrial Automation Diploma in Electrical and Electrical Equipment This is On-the-Job training program and candidates will get diploma program certification and hands on experience while working in the industry. Freshers and job seekers are welcome for this program.
