Position: Support Lead - IBM Planning Analytics

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Support Lead with 8-12 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support professionals in providing technical support and expertise to customers using IBM Planning Analytics. This role will focus on incident resolution, ensuring data availability and integrity, system enhancements, and maintaining system performance. Primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and will work closely with other teams, such as development and consulting, to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of support professionals:

o Provide guidance and direction to the team on technical and functional issues related to IBM Planning Analytics.

o Ensure that the team is adequately trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues.

o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Provide technical support and expertise:

o Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to IBM Planning Analytics, including data modeling, cube design, and ETL processes.

o Provide expert-level technical support to customers, including resolving issues and providing guidance on best practices.

o Collaborate with other teams, such as development and consulting, to resolve customer issues.

o Manage and resolve incidents related to TM1/PA.

Develop and maintain technical documentation:

o Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.

o Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the support team.

Analyze customer issues and identify root causes:

o Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and develop solutions.

o Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and implement fixes.

Develop and implement support processes and procedures:

o Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.

o Continuously monitor and improve support processes to ensure that they are meeting customer needs.

Collaborate with other teams:

o Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, consulting, and development, to ensure that customer issues are resolved and that the support team is aware of any changes or updates to the product.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with IBM Planning Analytics or a similar product.

Technical skills:

o Strong technical skills in IBM Planning Analytics, including data modeling, cube design, and ETL processes.

o Experience with related technologies, such as databases and data integration tools.

Soft skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and issues.

Nice to Have:

Certifications: IBM Planning Analytics certification or other relevant certifications.

Experience with Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Experience with cloud-based technologies: Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

Co Sourcing: Must have

IBM Planning, TM1, Data modeling , cube design, and ETL processes. IBM Planning Analytics certification, support LEAD

TM1 + Snowflake is an ideal fit
