ThingWorx Developer/Platform Support Engineer

As a highly motivated ThingWorx Developer/Platform Support Engineer joining the dynamic Connectivity team at Client Radiology, your primary responsibility is to administer, troubleshoot, and support Client Radiology's IoT (ThingWorx) platform to ensure seamless operation, connectivity, and integration within enterprise systems. Your expertise in IoT technologies, system administration, and technical support of IoT devices and platforms in medical, manufacturing, or industrial settings will be crucial for success in this role. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for connected medical devices, applications, and integrations. - Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and apply necessary patches or updates to connected IoT devices. - Assist in the configuration, deployment, and optimization of the IoT platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful IoT solution implementations. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Support integration with third-party and enterprise systems. - Ensure security compliance. - Participate in incident management. - Provide training and guidance to end-users and technical teams as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - At least 3 years of experience in ThingWorx platform administration, support, and troubleshooting. - A strong understanding of IoT architecture, data modeling, and industrial connectivity. - Experience with JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and web-based technologies. - Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and cybersecurity best practices for IoT environments. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include: - PTC ThingWorx certification or equivalent experience. - Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or industrial IoT settings. - Experience in medical device or regulated environments. - Familiarity with RESTful API technologies and JavaScript. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and external vendors.,
