Job Description

Manual QA - Salesforce Testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce business processes and requirements.
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce modules.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Validate data integrity, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce applications.
Conduct testing of Salesforce configurations, including Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of fixes and enhancements.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall quality and performance of Salesforce systems
