Description of Responsibility: Identify and correct typographical errors, punctuation errors, spelling and formatting inconsistencies, as well as comparing documents and digital assets for uniformity Conduct manual quality assurance testing of websites, web apps, and emailers for functionality, responsiveness, design accuracy, and compatibility Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing using BrowserStack to validate performance on various platforms (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and mobile devices Validate email campaigns across popular clients and platforms using Email on Acid to ensure rendering, load time, and accessibility consistency Proofread printed and onscreen content for adherence to client-specific templates, standards, and style guides Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to flag and resolve issues prior to delivery Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of defects in a structured QA log or error rating report Coach and train junior Quality Controllers on both traditional and digital quality control standards Troubleshoot QA issues independently and escalate complex defects as needed Ensure all projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time, with a high standard of precision and accuracy Experience and qualifications required: Minimum 2 years experience in testing or web QA Experience in website QA, email campaign testing, or digital content validation is a plus Basic computer knowledge is must Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS) is an advantage Knowledge of QA tools such as BrowserStack, Email on Acid, etc Any graduate is preferred Good command of English language Experience with CMS-based and custom-coded websites, web testing, and email campaign QA is a strong advantage Job terms: Work routine - Mon to Fri only Shift timings - 1pm to 10pm Work location - Teynampet, Chennai

Responsibilities: Execute manual test plans for IBM TRIRIGA application. Develop TC design for the customized requirements of IBM TRIRIGA application. Employ manual testing techniques to identify and report functional, a11y defects and usability issues Document test results and defects in a clear, concise, and consistent manner Has the right attributes to conduct exploratory test and think out of the box. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve the quality of web applications Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience and strong domain knowledge about IBM TRIRIGA and its related modules experience in manual functional testing, with a focus on web applications Strong understanding of web application testing methodologies, including black-box testing, and usability testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
