Manual QA / Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  manual testing

  across the SEWB mobile app (Android & iOS built on Flutter).

• Validate backend APIs

  using Postman including headers, payloads, response codes, and error handling.
• Execute

  end-to-end functional, regression, and usability testing

  across app modules.
• Test

  AI-driven emotional wellbeing features

  — ensuring response accuracy, sensitivity, and fallback logic.
• Create and maintain

  clear, reproducible bug reports

  and track progress through Jira/TestRail.
• Verify

  data privacy, security, and user consent workflows

  , in line with healthtech standards.
• Collaborate closely with

  Flutter developers, backend engineers, and the product owner

  to ensure quality at every release.
• Participate in

  biweekly review meetings

  to present findings and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on

  manual QA testing experience

  in mobile app environments.
• Strong understanding of

  REST APIs

  and tools like

  Postman

  .
• Experience testing

  Flutter-based mobile applications

  (Android/iOS).
• Familiarity with

  AI/ML-based features

  or chat-driven workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Experience with

  Jira

  Zoho Projects

  for bug tracking and test documentation.
