Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to ensure high-quality product delivery.Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases. Perform functional, regression, smoke, system testing, and other testing for web and mobile applications. Execute tests across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure cross-platform compatibility. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress and Cucumber (BDD). Implement data-driven testing and Page Object Model (POM) framework for efficient test automation. Perform API testing using tools like Postman. Conduct database testing using SQL and MySQL queries to validate backend data. Execute performance/load testing using JMeter. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to enable continuous integration and testing. Work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure a test-driven development (TDD/BDD) approach. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks, processes, and methodologies.
