Role: Senior Tender Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and proposals.

2. Documentation: Prepare and review tender documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

3. Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation to ensure bids are competitive and profitable.

4. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, address queries, and negotiate terms as needed.

5. Compliance: Ensure all bids meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

6. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform bid preparation and strategy.

7. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and support the tender process.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenders and produce regular reports on bid status, outcomes, and market insights.
