We seek a dedicated and dynamic telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone and introduce them to the company’s products/services.
• Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Influence and convince customers to make a purchase.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients as required.

Qualifications:

• Any degree (graduates from all streams welcome).
• Fluency in English, Hindi and any local language (spoken).
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS EXCEL.
• Ability to draft and send business emails.
• Good communication and persuasion skills.

Experience:

• 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).

Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives.
