Telemarketer

We are looking for a friendly, highly-motivated, and experienced Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer you will be responsible for reaching out to Clients , offering services/products, answering queries, and providing assistance to maintain excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate must be confident, articulate, and have a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demos as required.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the department.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a professional tone and attitude with customers at all times.
• Update the customer database and ensure all information is accurate.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Good listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Hindi.(Multilingual always preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of the industry/product being offered is an advantage.
