Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone to offer Justdial's various services. Day-to-day tasks include appointment scheduling, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining a database of customer interactions. The Telemarketer will also work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Sales
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a plus
