Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (EdTech)
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a professional tone.
Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with prospective students, current students, and parents regarding educational programs, courses, and admissions procedures.
Assist students in exploring educational options that align with their academic interests, career goals, and personal strengths.
Provide information about curriculum, course requirements, prerequisites, and extracurricular activities offered by the institution.
Address inquiries related to admissions criteria, application deadlines, financial aid options, scholarships, and tuition fees.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in EdTech.
Familiarity with education sector operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
