As an Application Management Specialist at EY, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for SAP Security, focusing on managing service requests and enhancement requests. Your role as a Level 2 specialist will involve supporting SAP AUTHORIZATION activities, including configuring user roles, profiles, and authorizations. You will collaborate with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions and conduct testing to ensure the quality of user access. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling service requests and enhancement requests for SAP Security as a Level 2 Application Management Specialist. - Managing and configuring user roles, profiles, and authorizations for SAP AUTHORIZATION activities. - Collaborating with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Conducting testing to ensure the quality of user access, roles, and profiles. - Assisting in integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment of security measures. - Documenting security configurations, policies, and procedures for knowledge sharing. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or equivalent work experience. - Over 2 years of experience in an SAP AUTHORIZATION role with S/4 HANA. - Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP AUTHORIZATION management with a focus on level 2 support. - Understanding of Security Policies, Audit, and Compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to manage work hours based on client requirements.
