What you ll do on a typical day: Coordinate meeting requirements and group travel requests Set up meeting technology tools (OBT, GDS, registration platforms) Conduct airfare analysis and travel budget consultations Ensure compliance with client travel policies and reporting requirements Support operational improvement and technology implementation projects Maintain clear, timely communication with collaborators Use collaboration platforms effectively Handle critical issue processes confidently Proactively advice the most optimal itinerary for the group travel considering all aspects of attendee convenience, costs and client policies.
