Lead a team of technical support representatives, oversee customer support operations, and drive improvements using tools and automation.
Handle escalated queries via calls and emails, ensuring exceptional customer experience.requirements: .Manage and mentor a team of technical support representatives.Identify tools and AI technologies to improve and automate support (Chatbot, IVR, Email Ticketing).Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails using Freshdesk.Deep understanding of company products, services, and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution.Continuously improve support processes for efficiency and satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Train and onboard new team members.Analyze ticket data and feedback to address recurring issues.Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.Minimum 3 years in a technical support management role.Proven experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk.Strong leadership, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
