As a Technical Support Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client issues promptly and resolving them efficiently through various channels such as Live Chat, Email, Phone, and Remote software. - Demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork skills to effectively address client concerns. - Adhering to established policies and procedures while interacting with clients and providing accurate information. - Collaborating with team members for knowledge sharing, standardizing procedures, and ensuring consistent service delivery. - Maintaining detailed records of daily communications and successfully resolved issues. - Assisting customers in identifying software-related problems and recommending appropriate solutions. - Logging and documenting customer/employee inquiries for reference and tracking purposes. - Conducting software demonstrations for customers and updating self-help manuals for troubleshooting guidance. - Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the software used by customers and assessing their IT proficiency levels. - Demonstrating logical thinking skills and effectively managing challenging interactions with callers. - Utilizing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality support services. This is a full-time position with walk-in opportunities, offering a monthly salary range of INR 10,000 to 15,000. Proficiency in English is preferred, and candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support will be given preference. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree or BCA qualification is desirable.
