THE OPPORTUNITY:
A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve internal customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. He will be responsible for working with different systems, software follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
ROLE ALLOWS YOU TO
Provide technical assistance with computer software.Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically.Log bugs and enhancement requests.Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and web site.Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.Monitor and maintain computer systems.Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
YOU WILL BRING IN Exp Range : Min.1 year experience in support functionQualification: Graduation in BCA / B.tech Mandatory.Skill set: Software Troubleshooting & Problem Solving, Phone & Email Technical Support, Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
