Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in end-user support, including handling VIP users.
Knowledge of Windows Server (2008–2019), Windows 7/8/10, Linux, and Mac OS.
Experience with workstation management systems and desktop imaging.
Proficiency in Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of AV setup for meeting/conference rooms using Microsoft Teams.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
Provide user sensitization, technical support, and end-user training as needed.
Strong hands-on experience in hardware, software, and communication tools (Teams, email support).
Ability to find quick fixes and workarounds while maintaining excellent customer service.
A dependable team player with a cooperative attitude.

Mandatory Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Expertise in Desktop Hardware & Software troubleshooting.
Immediate joiners highly preferred (maximum 15–30 days notice).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
