TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE.

Qualification:

6 MONTHS and ABOVE

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to technical queries from international customers via phone with a focus on internet, telecom, and basic troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues in a structured and time-efficient manner.
Guide customers step-by-step through problem-solving procedures in a clear and simple language.
Provide support for network-related concerns including LAN/WAN configuration and connectivity checks.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal escalation teams for complex issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about the latest technology updates, operating systems, and troubleshooting methods to provide relevant support.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Strong knowledge of computers, hardware, and commonly used operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking principles including LAN/WAN setup, router configurations, and IP troubleshooting.
Ability to simplify complex technical instructions for non-technical customers.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated or technically inexperienced customers.
