Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and escalations.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international calls (US/UK).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.

Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
