Roles & Responsibilities :
· Understand and respond to client queries through email, calls or remote access
· Provide software support and troubleshoot user issues efficiently
· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
· Give training to clients on how to use the software/system
· Continuously improve technical knowledge stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide informed support
· Install, configure and maintain company software at the client end if required
· Coordinate with development teams for bug fix or feature requests
Required skills :
· Strong understanding of software systems and general IT knowledge
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical user
· Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting and database is a plus
· Prior experience in technical client support
· Knowledge of CRM systems
· Understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage
Qualification :
· BSC, MSC, BE or B Tech (in Computer Science, IT or related fields)
Experience :
· 6 months to 1 Year (Fresher with good communication can also apply)
Work Mode : Work from Office @Pune location
Work days: Monday to Friday
Salary Offered: 12,000K - 15,000K (Per Month)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
