1. A graduate with 18+ months of relevant experience in international (TECHNICAL) voice process & overall 18 months of experience is mandatory
2. Strong communication.
3. Candidates with prior experience in technical support will give an add on advantage.
4. Comfortable with Night Shifts.
5. Strong understanding of networking concepts (L1&L2 support).
6. Immediate joiners preferred.
1. Should have excellent communication skills.
2. Should have good technical knowledge on IPS, router, modem. Networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, IP address, MAC address, firewall.
3. Candidates should have inbound calling experience.
