Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to customers by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. Your duties will include installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer applications and networks, as well as configuring operating systems. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage workflow while resolving network-related issues and designing computer systems to meet organizational requirements. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding their computer systems and equipment, tracking system issues until resolution within agreed timelines. You will be required to resolve complex problems, communicate with clients through various channels, and provide clear instructions or technical manuals. Adhering to standard procedures, you will escalate issues to relevant internal departments and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Furthermore, you will ensure proper logging of all issues, follow up with clients post-troubleshooting to confirm system functionality, document technical knowledge in the database, and train users on system operation. Monitoring the daily performance of technical systems and assisting in deploying new software or hardware systems are also part of your role. The ideal candidate will have proven work experience in a similar role, hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, and a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. You should possess the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk), excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the capability to provide step-by-step technical assistance both in written and verbal form. A BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field is required.,
