Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for handling user-reported issues, providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing customer queries, collaborating with other teams to provide optimal solutions, and maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with customer support, including managing customer queries and providing technical help
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience supporting AI-driven technologies and Next-Gen solutions is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals would be beneficial
