As a Technical Support Engineer at AllGoVision Technologies in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the deployment of AI products in video analytics, customer interaction, providing demos/proof of concepts, and offering support. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy AllGoVision Video Analytics AI product, interact with customers, provide demos/POCs, and offer support - Resolve complex problems and demonstrate good troubleshooting and customer management capabilities - Deploy solutions at customer sites remotely or on-site, obtain User Acceptance Test, and evaluation reports - Troubleshoot networking, Windows server, and Linux OS issues - Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams Qualifications Required: - BE/MCA/BSC/Diploma with relevant experience - Exposure to Enterprise architecture, Deep learning, and Cloud solutions preferred - Understanding of Video Analytics, Security Products, IT enterprise products, and system architecture knowledge - Knowledge of system administration in Linux operating systems and MySQL Database - Hands-on experience with Video/CCTV Cameras, security products, IP Networks, DNS, Load balancers, DHCP, and MS Office - Excellent customer-facing skills, resourcefulness, and ability to manage customers effectively - Proficiency in technical documentation like manuals and troubleshooting documents - Willingness to travel within India and abroad,
