Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
Document issues and solutions for future reference in the knowledge base.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
Test and evaluate new technologies and updates before deployment.
Assist with system installations, upgrades, and configuration tasks when needed.

Requirements:

Any Graduate.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist, IT Support, or similar role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, etc.
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Familiarity with basic networking.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
