As a L1 Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users. Your key responsibilities will include: - Basic Knowledge in Active Directory - Basic knowledge in OS installation - Hardware upgradation troubleshooting - MS outlook configuration, Outlook backup & restore, and troubleshooting - Network Printer installation and troubleshooting - Basic knowledge in DNS, DHCP - Antivirus update & virus protection Qualifications required for this role include: - 10th, 12th, and any degree Please note that this is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts and have the flexibility to work in person. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
