Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for internal and external applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of databases and SQL, as well as experience with scripting. You will be responsible for handling tickets, incidents, and monitoring server jobs and data, while ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the functionality of applications and different support activities.

• Handle tickets, incidents, and problems related to production systems.

• Monitor server jobs and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Execute daily touch points and activities to ensure system performance.

• Provide root cause analysis for new technical issues and incidents.

• Create and manage tickets for production issues, collaborating with the delivery team.

• Document any new activities or processes for knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

Desired Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Experience with scripting languages. Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a technical support or system monitoring role.

• Experience handling tickets and incidents in a production environment.
