As a Technical Support Engineer at IBSFINtech, you will be part of India's fastest growing FinTech company, playing a transformational role in redefining Treasury Management. Your role will involve implementing and troubleshooting the application, showcasing expertise in Oracle and PL/SQL, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support. - Deploy effective programs for implementing and supporting the application - Participate in relevant aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodology - Investigate and resolve application issues, package, configure, deploy, and support live software - Collaborate with Clients, Product Managers, Architects, & Analysts to understand requirements and post go-live support - Review and create Application support FAQs and Knowledge Base - Showcase technology expertise within your domain - Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies - Participate in Implementation planning - MCA/B.Tech/B.E. Professional with 2+ years of professional programming experience in Oracle and PL/SQL - Hands-on experience in Oracle database, PL/SQL, writing store procedures, Functions, Packages - Ability to analyze issues raised by clients and support testing and fix L1 application and database issues - Prior experience in BFSI with exposure to Treasury and Trade Finance is a plus - Excellent communication skills,
