Technical Solutions Specialist

Role Overview: With over 30 years of industry experience, AdvantageGo is looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist with expertise in data integration and solution architecture. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for leading technical analysis and design for integration data systems. Your role will involve building and maintaining data models, standardizing third-party integrations, and creating solutions aligned with business processes to generate insights and analytics from internal and external datasets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical analysis and solution design for integration data systems. - Build and maintain data models to optimize infrastructure and data flow. - Standardize third-party integrations within the data ecosystem. - Develop design documentation including data flows and sequence diagrams. - Create solutions aligned with business processes to enable analytics and insights. - Analyze data and provide recommendations to support business outcomes. - Support development teams with technical guidance to unblock design issues. - Identify architectural improvements and opportunities for optimization. - Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the use of Azure cloud services. Qualification Required: - Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services: Logic Apps, Functions, Synapse, Data Factory. - Skilled in Azure API Management for API creation, publishing, and monitoring. - Proficient in frameworks for integration documentation. - Experience with middleware, messaging technologies, ESBs, message queues, and event-driven architecture. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing. - Understanding of integration security best practices, including encryption, IAM, OAuth. - Knowledge of data quality tools and principles. - Awareness of DevOps practices for integration deployment and maintenance. - Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement. Desirable: - Understanding of the insurance lifecycle. - Degree qualification is advantageous but not essential if backed by strong, demonstrable experience.,
