Job Description: Technical Solution Architect

About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Solution Architect with deep experience in SaaS product development, a strong foundation in product management, and a working knowledge of the procurement domain. You'll take ownership of designing scalable, secure, and performant solutions that power our multi-tenant procurement SaaS platform while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Architect core product modules such as supplier management, sourcing, contract workflows, approval engines, and integrations. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to turn business requirements into flexible, scalable technical solutions. • Drive architectural decisions and set best practices around performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. • Define and evolve technical standards to support a multi-tenant SaaS model on Azure. • Lead architectural planning for integration with third-party systems like ERPs, esignature solutions, and procurement networks. • Participate in customer-facing conversations to support solutioning, technical discovery, and onboarding. • Conduct code and design reviews and help prioritize technical debt and platform investments.

Required Skills & Experience: • 12+ years in software development, architecture, or product-engineering roles, with a minimum of 5 years in SaaS solution architecture. • Deep product sensibility able to balance technical architecture with real-world product and business trade-offs. • Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including: o Frontend: React.js o Backend: Node.js, Python o Database: MongoDB o Cloud Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure • APIs, messaging systems, and asynchronous architecture. • Experience working with agile product teams, roadmaps, and iterative delivery. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have: • Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain tech products. • Familiarity with integrating ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. • Azure certifications or relevant cloud architecture credentials. • Exposure to security frameworks (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and data protection.
