As a Technical Sales Engineer based in Khanna, you will be handling technical sales activities, providing crucial technical support to customers, and ensuring effective sales engineering. Your responsibilities will involve understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and successfully converting leads into customers. Daily interactions with customers to address technical queries and provide suitable solutions will be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess technical sales and sales engineering expertise, along with strong technical support and communication skills. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required for this role. Previous experience in the animal feed equipment industry would be advantageous. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in utilizing sales and technical support software is essential.
