Qualification : B.E. Mech or Civil

Experience : 2-5 years

Role Overview:

Bar Business Vertical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate demand through client visits, presentations, and awareness creation activities.
  • Groom and support regional commercial teams with product knowledge and transactional activities (product briefing, presentations, lead identification, etc.).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients including project owners, consultants, contractors, applicators, and fabricators.
  • Drive lead generation and pre-sales activities to support revenue growth.
  • Ensure timely and effective commercial transactions to achieve business targets.
  • Frequent travel across assigned territory to meet clients, attend site meetings, and industry events.
  • Host seminars, training sessions, and participate in precast forums to establish thought leadership.
