Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers
• Present company products to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with Inside Sales for solution delivery
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Handle tender negotiations and contract terms
• Work closely with customer service for spares & maintenance sales
  

Skills Required

• 1-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer
• Experience selling complex industrial/automation solutions
• Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with high commercial awareness
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
