Role Overview

As a Professional Technical Recruiter, you’ll be a specialist in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier technical talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and provide ongoing support to consultants throughout their careers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, thrive in a high-energy environment, and are looking to grow their career in recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and onboard technical candidates across various domains.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultant management.
  • Maintain a candidate-first mindset while meeting client hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and ensure a world-class experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals and drive placements.
  • Work onsite at our Hyderabad office, Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of technical recruiting experience in the India market.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
  • Strong understanding of pay rate negotiation.
  • Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Flexibility to support clients across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a staffing company.
  • Exposure to international technical recruiting.
