Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, roles, and success criteria
Write and post job descriptions across portals, LinkedIn, and niche IT platforms
Source and build a pipeline of candidates—for roles such as software developers, QA engineers, system administrators, IT support, and data analysts
Screen candidates through phone interviews assessing technical knowledge and cultural fit
Coordinate and interpret results from technical assessments (coding tests, case studies, etc.)
Schedule interviews with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with candidates
Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, and conversion rates
Build relationships with passive candidates and local IT communities
Ensure ethical practices and a positive candidate experience
Assist with onboarding tasks and hiring documentation
Stay updated on IT trends and salary benchmarks

Required Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment (local Indian market preferred)
Basic understanding of key IT acronyms (e.g., OS, DB, UI, API, QA, SQL, JSON, REST, API, VPN, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with ATS and MS Office; experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with SDLC and software development roles
Understanding of cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and IT operations
Experience with technical assessments or coding challenges
Background in client-facing or corporate recruitment environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
