Job Description

1. Identifying the channels or sources to hire professionals for different technologies.

2. Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates. Manage end to end hiring process.

3. Works with stakeholders internally and externally to determine target candidate populations against relevant role requirements

4. Source relevant candidates through appropriate tools & methods.

5. Extensive knowledge of recruiting / hiring full-life cycle process both as vendor and client to include on-site experience.

6. Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

7. Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets

8. Define & track metrics for hiring, cost benefit analysis, recommendation to management etc.


Desired Profile:

1. Minimum of 0-6months experience in IT Recruitment

2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

3. Attention to detail, self-motivated and proactive

4. Candidates who can join us immediately are preferred
