Technical Recruiter

Role Description

The Candidate should have experience doing recruitments in the US IT space. Candidate should have a strong Understanding of candidate search methods and networking skills.

This is a full time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates using various social media platforms. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in networking and maintaining candidate relationships for all current and future requirements.

Qualifications

·        Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

·        Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.

·        Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.

·        Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.

·        Build long-term relationships with candidates.

·        Research and develop recruiting leads.

·        Develop a sustainable candidate-lead strategy.

·        Builds pipeline of executive talents.

·        Expands and nourishes network of professionals.

·        Ensures confidentiality at all levels.
