Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, located in Bhopal, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting for technical roles. Your daily tasks will include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. You will play a crucial role in creating job descriptions, identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the hiring process. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work closely with hiring managers. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels. While experience in the technology or fintech industry is a plus, it is not a requirement. However, having a background in full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and general recruiting skills will be beneficial.
