Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination & Technical Liaison

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding

  technical discussions, integration requirements, and new interface development

  for web or mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with customers to gather business and technical requirements, clarify scope, and ensure mutual understanding.
  
• Facilitate solution design discussions between the customer and internal technical teams.
  
• Ensure customer expectations are met through timely communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  

Project Management & Delivery Oversight

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  
• Lead

  project execution, release management, and delivery tracking

  using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage change requests and assess impacts on timelines, scope, and budget.
  
• Ensure deliverables meet

  quality standards

  and gain customer acceptance.
• Prepare and present

  status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments

  for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, gaps, and process improvement areas.
  

Team Management & Process Governance

• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring accountability and productivity.
  
• Define, implement, and audit

  processes for Agile delivery, ticket management, and support workflows

  .
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

  .

Agile Coaching & Enablement

• Train teams on Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and backlog management.
  
• Promote an Agile mindset and maturity across teams.
  

Quality & Compliance

• Align teams with standardized development practices and quality frameworks.
  
• Ensure audit readiness and adherence to compliance requirements.
  

Essential Skills & Technical Competencies

• Proven experience in

  web and mobile application technologies

  .
• Knowledge of

  React, Java, Python, and RESTful web services

  .
• Strong understanding of

  RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, and encryption

  .
• Ability to work with

  multiple technology stacks

  (front-end & back-end).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• Understanding of

  cloud services

  (AWS & GCP preferred).
• Experience in

  server monitoring

  is a plus.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as

  Jira

  .
