Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager at the Bangalore office, your role involves leading and managing IT projects utilizing Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Your extensive experience in IT project management, exceptional communication skills, and established track record are crucial for the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT projects with over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management. - Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. - Implement project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to drive successful project outcomes. - Supervise project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Conduct sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to maintain project momentum and enhance productivity. - Collaborate closely with product owners to manage backlogs and address new requests efficiently. - Identify and eliminate obstacles to enable the team to concentrate on project execution. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction. - Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. - Proven experience in collaboration and stakeholder management. - Possession of PMP or CSM certification is highly desirable.,
