Technical Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced operations professional who is enthusiastic about sales, renewals, and customer success, possessing a solid understanding of the processes and tools integral to the sales and operations contracting cycle. Your role involves leveraging sales tools effectively to enhance efficiencies in the sales cycle. Drawing from your expertise, you will drive strategic initiatives, develop documentation, offer support to our client success community, and assist in managing our organizational tools. Ideally, you should have over 3 years of experience in support and operations, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in stakeholder management, problem-solving skills for complex issues, and a keen interest in working within a dynamic environment. Prior experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud and related tools is preferred. You should also possess a model and understanding of the significance of Demand Generation in the business across the sales cycle. This position is highly collaborative, involving engagement with various contacts across different organizations and lines of business, along with continuous interactions with our leadership team and Client Success community. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between divisions like Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Renewals, and Analytics to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. You will be responsible for collecting, inputting, verifying, and analyzing data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives. Providing insights to management on the economic impact and compliance considerations of key business decisions and deals will be a key aspect of your role. Moreover, you will communicate Oracle Business Practices throughout the organization, ensuring processes and approvals are compliant. Leading the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness will also fall under your purview.
