Technical Manager

As a Valuation Specialist, your primary role involves conducting data analysis, documenting information accurately, and managing relationships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and accurate property valuations. - Conduct data analysis by auditing vendor-performed cases, reviewing valuation reports, and summarizing key findings for reporting purposes - Document all valuation report details into Varthana Software, ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference - Manage vendor bill processing, empanelment, and maintain a record of all cases initiated from branches - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of pending reports and technical valuations - Motivate team members to achieve set goals and foster a collaborative work environment - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders - Utilize computer knowledge in Word and Excel for data analysis and documentation purposes - Possess influential communication skills to effectively convey technical information and portfolio risks - Display self-motivation, passion for the domain, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to challenges - Be willing and able to travel within the region as required for job responsibilities Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Immovable Property Valuation - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data analysis and documentation - Strong understanding of technical and portfolio risk assessment methodologies,
