Technical Lead - Javascript/React.js

The ideal candidate for this position should have 8-12 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on React.js. You should be proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React.js, and Python. Additionally, you should have experience with Micro Frontend and Micro Services architecture, as well as state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. A sound understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming in Python is essential. Moreover, you should possess knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins script) and automated testing. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory, along with exposure to security best practices in system design and implementation. Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools like Cypress, Playwright, Robot framework, and WireMock is required. You should prioritize writing unit tests before implementing features to ensure well-defined and testable functionality. An understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is crucial, along with familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
