Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate with development, QA, design, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of milestones.
Act as the primary point of contact for clientsgathering requirements, providing updates, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Identify project risks and create mitigation plans to avoid delays or quality issues.
Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their needs, suggest solutions, and ensure feasibility.
Track project progress using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
Manage resource allocation, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to maintain project efficiency.
Document project specifications, workflows, and technical details for internal and client reference.
Collaborate with the sales/BDE team to provide technical insights during proposal preparation and project estimation.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance delivery processes.
