Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong project management capabilities and

test automation

technology projects, coordinating closely with Engineering, QA, and business, and Operations teams.

This is a full-time position suited for someone who can drive technical execution, streamline delivery

processes, and enhance automation practices in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Agile projects as a Scrum Master, ensuring smooth execution across all
delivery stages.
Own project planning, estimation, tracking, and delivery within agreed timelines, budgets,
and quality targets.
Coordinate across different teams development, QA, test automation, and Business teams
to ensure quality.
Drive improvements in testing processes, with a focus on test automation frameworks,
CI/CD integration, and quality gates.
Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, and ensure proactive follow-up to keep projects
on track.
Improve delivery workflows, documentation, tooling, and knowledge management across
the project lifecycle.
Participate in design discussions
Track key Agile KPIs and report delivery status to senior leadership.
