Technical Head

Role Overview As the Technical Head ERP Projects at CodeAce IT Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development, customization, and integration of ERP modules with third-party applications to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing the seamless deployment of ERP systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems. - Customize ERP modules, workflows, and user interfaces based on client requirements. - Develop integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and custom scripts. - Optimize ERP solutions for performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ERP-related issues. - Manage deployment and provide post-implementation support. - Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices. Qualification Required - Experience: 5-7 years in software development with a strong exposure to ERP projects. - Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or similar. - Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, PHP, or equivalent. - Expertise in ERP customization, module development, and workflow automation. - Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB. - Experience with APIs, REST services, and system integrations. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to manage end-to-end ERP development and implementation. Note: ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho), experience with cloud-based ERP solutions, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred qualifications.
